Am doing a diet and am going to the gym every morning and am Fasting so today when i broke my fast i had Boiled chicken Wing ( one ) and boiled carrots and potato's not sooo much though no like 1 carrot and 1 potato and i had one peach and that's it now for dinner am thinking to eat 8 fried eggs but using Olive Oil i know eggs r not fatningg but just wana make sure am i going to gain any wieght ? Oh and i went swimmin this morning ( exersize )
