Has Rocksanne been near any other rocks, like seahorses the males carry the baby rocks so CONGRATULATIONS your going to have pebbles. To make him come out Put some sand in a shoebox with his favorite food and a seaside scene it will eventually come out and wonder what the hell you are doing then you grab it. Good Luck.
