Do i have sun poisoning?

i went swimmin saturday,i got suburnt on my chest. it doesnt hurt too bad when i touch it, but its really itchy, and its red with like little white dots? aloe didnt help, it just made it itchier. and my shirt keeps rubbing up againt it irritating it. i was just wondering if its a regular sunburn or sun poisoning, because ive never itched before. so please no hate comments, haha(: k, thanks.
