Who invented the bulb?

Commonly Thomas Edison is stated but a lot of people were involved in the invention of electric light since 1802 (Joseph Wilson Swan, later business partner of Edison, beeing one of them). However he did play an important role in the electricification and Edison did also invent a long lasting filament.
