What can i do about this?

ight, so i have my belly button peirced and my daddy dont know (i dont live with him.) and im goin swimmin with him tomorrow. but i dont know if i can take it out for a whole day. ive had it pierced about three months and its kinda infected a lil bit, so im scared to take it out. how can you hide them?
