Im shy to take my glasses of in front of people'!?

So im qoin swimmin with some guy friends and of corse i have to take my glasses off but im shy and plus i see blury so im reLly shy and i refuse to look at them in yhe eyes !! Am i crazy ? Any tips to help me not b shy or somethin ???
