OK well i stopped swimmin a couple years ago to try lacrosse now i want to do both at the same time nd i was really fast at swimming but now i went to a pool party nd raced with a couple of my friends and i won but my arms were really tired....i dnt have access to a local pool, community pool, or a Gym pool and i was wondering wut type of land exercise could be kinda like swimmin to train my arms
