How can a 13 year old be fit?

Don't worry. When I was 12 I snapped my femur in 1/2, after I got out of the hospital I only weighed about 60 lbs. as weeks past I gained my weight back and everything was back to normal. All I did was eat junk foods and healthy foods. I worked out everyday, the only thing that slowed me down was my broken leg. Just keep eating healthy food and junk food every now and then and stay in shape by exercising.
